Lithology and Thickness

It is composed of ashen-gray calcareous sandstones, shales, and siltstones with beds and layers of fragmental detrital limestones and conglomerates. The total thickness of the Kimmeridgian layers in the basin of the Kuntei River is 800-850 m.
